On June 22, 1941, Zhukov signed the Directive of Peoples Commissariat of Defence No. 3, which ordered an all-out counter offensive by Red Army forces. This manoeuvre failed and disorganized Red Army units were destroyed by the Wehrmacht. Later, Zhukov claimed that he was forced to sign the document by Joseph Stalin, despite the reservations that he raised.
Are we doing a Mod?
If we do, look for the Looting Special Op from Zhukov
In 1946, seven rail carriages with furniture which he was taking to Russia from Germany were impounded. In 1948, his apartments and home in Moscow were searched, and many valuables looted from Germany were found.Source Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Sabotage 800
300
(1) Saboteur
AXIS and ALLIES RTS
Sabotage - Drops a Russian saboteur to sabotage enemy structures. Could probably be best classified as an "annoying special op", best at taking out enemy technology buildings or depots (since they have no machine gun defenses), or wounding enemy HQ's. The saboteur has low health and won't live very long around enemy HQ's, so it's important to use the run command when targeting buildings/structures, to hit the maximum amount of targets. View the slideshow for a demo of that. [

If your team has more than one saboteur special op (then you got a bad draw, lol), combine them, using teamwork, and do a "double" saboteur!
Supply Drop 400
600
AXIS and ALLIES RTS
Supply Drop - Summons an aircraft to drop a Supply Depot, and setup a temporary zone of supply. Not too much strategy to this one, just keep in mind it will take awhile for the transport plane to get there. Supplies can be destroyed by enemy forces, so you will have to take measures to protect them. Using Zhukov, you should be able to afford to spend some EXP in the early game, so if it will help you or your allies, go ahead and order up some supplies.
Communist Purge AXIS and ALLIES RTS
Communist Purge - Kills off officers to improve overall attack value and morale for 30 seconds.. Possibly the worst special op in the game. It has been joked, "I wish I could use it on the enemy!" - but sorry folks this only works on you and your allies. Avoid this special op.
Corp Reorganization 1000
3600
(1) Corp HQ
AXIS and ALLIES RTS
Corp Reorganization - Everyone has to deploy a new corp hq from time to time. Don't be hasty about placing that second corp (this special op can only be used once per hour). Make sure you have resolved the situation that caused you to lose your first one! You can always ask your allies if the have a safe place, their base defenses may be better than yours.
If there is no safe place wait until there is one! Move your technology buildings in the meantime, as they may be subject to attack following the fall of your corp hq (losing those buildings too will limit the regiments you can produce).
Keep in mind your second Corp HQ will become a "high priority" target for your enemies. If they can destroy your second corp, and your technology buildings, you will be stuck making only light tanks or halftracks (depending on the tents you have left), which really can't compete in the later stages of the game (or any stage of the game for that matter).
General Zhukov Considered to be one of the weakest generals for multiplayer, since he lacks a "decent" special op. But don't resign just yet... You can still play to the strengths of Russia.. If the terrain supports it, you might consider spamming snipers ... If you don't win early try a hold out for the armor stage of the game, as Russian armor is first-rate!
