Chester William Nimitz

Fleet Admiral Chester William Nimitz, USN, GCB (February 24, 1885February 20, 1966) held the dual command of Commander in Chief, Pacific Fleet ("CinCPac" pronounced "sink-pack"), for U.S. naval forces and Commander in Chief, Pacific Ocean Areas (CinCPOA), for U.S. and Allied air, land, and sea forces during World War II.[1] He was the leading U.S. Navy authority on submarines, as well as Chief of the Navy's Bureau of Navigation in 1939. He served as Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) from 1945 until 1947. He was the United States' last surviving Fleet Admiral.

Through the skill and devotion to duty of their armed forces of all branches in the Midway area our citizens can now rejoice that a momentous victory is in the making. It was on a Sunday just six months ago that the Japanese made their peace-time attack on our fleet and army activities on Oahu. At that time they created heavy damage, it is true, but their act aroused the grim determination of our citizenry to avenge such treachery, and it raised, not lowered, the morale of our fighting men. Pearl Harbor has now been partially avenged. Vengeance will not be complete until Japanese sea power has been reduced to impotence. We have made substantial progress in that direction. Perhaps we will be forgiven if we claim we are about midway to our objective!
"They fought together as brothers in arms; they died together and now they sleep side by side...To them, we have a solemn obligation - the obligation to ensure that their sacrifice will help make this a better and safer world in which to live."
General Nimitz
"The U.S.'s major strength factor and weapon is its economy. If you cripple it, you cripple the military. "
General Nimitz

Atomic Bomb - "The atomic bomb deals a large amount of damage to the target area."
Easily the strongest special op in the game, the Atomic Bomb (aka nuke) can destroy entire divisions in a flash.
"With great power comes great responsibility."
Stan Lee
Drawing a nuke in a team game comes with several responsibilities, most of all an obligation to your allies to have your nuke up and ready as early, and often, as possible. In order for this to happen, and to use your nuke effectively, follow these guidelines:

 Charging your EXP
You cannot use your nuke if you do not earn experience. The recon rush is often seen with Nimitz, since there is no faster way to charge your EXP in the early game. Make sure to keep them in your zone of supply, get the special forces, garand semi-auto, and advanced infantry training upgrades, and try to avoid matchups with snipers, SaS, and commandos. Try to keep them alive and fighting until you need to kill them off, to make room for better units (due to the 20 regiment limit)
 Protecting your Corp HQ
The Nimitz Corp HQ will be a "high priority" target for your enemies. If they can destroy your corp, you won't be able to nuke them. So this means taking extra measures to protect your corp, by packing and moving it often, leaving a defensive force nearby, and eventually building AA and/or arty bunkers.

 Target Selection
You want to charge your nuke as quick as you can, but don't use it until a worthwhile target is available. No sense nuking a few regiments of infantry on your side, if your allies are getting rolled by mech on the other side. For even greater effect, coordinate the use of your nuke with the special ops of your allies.
To take full advantage of the radiation effect, you may want to target your nuke a little differently than other special op bombs. Since radiation will inflict 15 flame damage per sec for 10 sec, you may want to aim your nuke on the enemy units, and their retreat path. Click example to the left for more.
More Info on this Special Op Economic Aid  EXPERIENCE NEEDED500

Economic Aid - "Summons an aircraft to provide temporary economic relief." Not to be used in the early game as you should save all of your EXP for your nuke. Can be useful once you begin to earn more EXP than you can spend on your nuke in the mid to late game.
Although it does not directly provide any money as the name implies, it does save you $75 you would otherwise have to spend on supply depots. Although this "Economic Aid" is described as "temporary economic relief", it does not decay, and will last until destroyed.
Best place to deploy them is behind your base.. If they are destroyed you lose the "Economic Aid". Do not place on the very edge of the map as aid delivery can fail at times.
More Info on this Special Op Assembly Line EXPERIENCE NEEDED300
Assembly Line - "Requisitions parts to increase the health of your vehicles"
Similar to the Military Gear Up special op, except Assembly Line effects vehicles instead of infantry. This special op will slowly "decay" for five minutes, unless destroyed first. It does not provide a zone of supply, however, it will increase the health of all vehicles by 15% no matter where you place it on the map, so put it in a safe place for maximum benefit!

Useful in a variety of circumstances since it increases the health of ALL vehicles, and a bargain for the 300 EXP cost. Best if you combine with the use of your nuke, get your supply ready, and when you are ready to push, use this special op!
More Info on this Special Op Corp Reorganization  EXPERIENCE NEEDED1000

Placing your second Corp HQ
Corp Reorganization - Everyone has to deploy a new corp hq from time to time. Don't be hasty about placing that second corp (this special op can only be used once per hour). Make sure you have resolved the situation that caused you to lose your first one! You can always ask your allies if the have a safe place, their base defenses may be better than yours.
If there is no safe place wait until there is one! Move your technology buildings in the meantime, as they may be subject to attack following the fall of your corp hq (losing those buildings too will limit the regiments you can produce).
Keep in mind your second Corp HQ will become a "high priority" target for your enemies. If they can destroy your second corp, and your technology buildings, you will be stuck making only light tanks or halftracks (depending on the tents you have left), which really can't compete in the later stages of the game (or any stage of the game for that matter).
Admiral Raymond A. Spruance, Vice Admiral Marc Mitscher, Fleet Admiral Chester W. Nimitz and Vice Admiral Willis A. Lee, Jr (listed from left to right) are photographed on board USS Indianapolis (CA-35) in February 1945.
General Nimitz The strongest General for multiplayer (3v3, 4v4), Nimitz is the only general to feature the Atomic Bomb aka Nuke. The recon rush is often used with Nimitz, to quickly earn EXP and charge your Atomic Bomb. Combine your Nuke with an offensive push of AT-Mech and/or Arties and use Assembly Line to add +15% Health.
