this mod completely overhauls the game from top-to-bottom. the AI behaves differently, AT infantry is now extremely useful. battleships can strike targets on the other side of small maps. artillery can bombard at long ranges. new fighter airfields can be used to intercept airborne assault waves or incoming bombers.
42 factions are now included, and most of these can be found in the new WW2 game.
World War 2 game should be fully operational with 16 different playable factions. players will encounter 37 different nations in the WW2 map. Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Nationalist China, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, the United States, and a variety of minor nations.
playable nations in WW2 that have defensive armies only include Bulgaria, Communist China, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, India, Iran, Iraq, Latvia, Lithunia, Mongolia, Norway, New Zealand, the Philippines, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, and Yugoslavia.
hundreds of new generals have been included. most of these will be encountered and will be playable in WW2 mode. there will be unprecedented variety in World War 2 campaigns.
presently there is no SP campaigns, but an interface has been provided for these to be added in the future.
new terrain biomes allow players to combine arctic, boreal, chaparral, savannah, and temperate terrain together on a single map. in a similar way players can now add chaparral, desert, savannah, and tropical terrains together in a single map.
this is Beta 3. it's not completely finished, but we're mostly there. to help iron out any bugs or glitches we've uploaded the patch for testing. any help that could be provided in pointing out bugs and game crashes would be appreciated. we'll do our best to fix everything as quickly as we can.
