Code Breaker - When placed on the map, this radio tower will temporarily reveal all nearby enemy units or structures.. If you use this special in the early game, make sure the intel is worth it. The 200 EXP cost isn't much, but still much more important early game to save that EXP for your carpet bomb (if you have one). Can be used in the late game to probe enemy defenses for a weak spot, or to reveal enemy troop movements.
We suspect any enemy base may be located in the target area above, so lets deploy our "code breaker" special to see what is back there.
As you can see the "fog of war" has been removed from the target area, we even managed to spot an enemy base! Be sure to report any intel to your allies!

can also be used to spot for potential paratrooper landing zones. however once used it might alert the enemy of your intentions, so its best to not follow it up quickly but rather keep it as a potential target for later. another usage is for deception, intentionally alerting the enemy to a specific position while striking another.
the main problem with this OP is that all the generals who have it(Montgomery and Yamamoto, don't think there's anyone else) also have bombs which are usually more valuable. so use only when the experience and flow of battle allows.

Unless it's at the beginning of the game, hearing the code breaker op is a good audio cue to move your corp hq and prepare for airborne and/or bombers.. and yes it can be a good distraction, causing the enemy team to all start scrambling to prepare for an attack that isn't coming...
