Blitzkrieg probably doesn't get as much credit as it deserves, as one of the strongest non-bomb special operations in Axis and Allies RTS. The massive +50 attack value for all armor units offers a huge advantage during late-game armor battles. Try and coordinate with your teamates and use right after a carpet bomb, v weapon, etc, for maximum effectiveness. Blitzkrieg only works on armor units, so best not to waste it on any halftrack regiments, such as the Anti Tank Halftrack regiment, since it doesnt have many armor units. Save it for your armor if you can.

True best on King Tiger tanks, sometimes it works on Anti-tank but only the jadpanthers and the anti-tank vehicles it works well. Not prove to be effective though
