Since gameranger now supports A&A, I think we need to get some people to install it and test it out

first of all before i do anything, what is it for. yes its supports a&a i know i read it but what is it for, the main purpose. it says like joining games on it what the hell does that mean??? |

you use it instead of gamespy to find people to play against. Really only makes sense if the gamespy servers are down or you lost your cd-key |

it has a lobby somewhat like the built-in gamespy browser within A&A. You create a game room in much the same manner, and wait for people to join. but I've never actually played a game on there, so can't say what happens after that or if it even works**.
** You can connect to the gamespy arcade A&A lobby without launching A&A. But if you try to host a game from there it will fail. Not sure if gameranger was aware of this or tested functionality of A&A after supporting it. |

I had GR for a long time and theres like no games their better use the multiplayer option on axis and allies  |

ya as long as there is a working version of A&A on gamespy it will be pretty hard to find a game on gameranger... Limited to those who don't have CD keys... but if it does go down it may be the only option outside of lan and hamachi. |
