Many times I have heard players complain about forgetting their smurf name, so they are unable to login. As long as the game is still installed, you can retrieve some of your login(s) from your game files. Find your A&A documents folder, then look for synclogs. Usually here:
My Documents/A&A/data/synclogs
Each time you use a new login it should record a record of the login info in synclogs. Open the file in notepad or similar and near the top of the file you will see:
local name: yourloginnamehere
If you forgot your password and used a bogus email to register, you are probably out of luck; but at least you know the login and can try some possible passwords.
peace out |
