Well not exactly secret but alot of them are not very well documented.
There are a bunch but here's a few to start:
 engaged
+25% max speed
chasing
100% attack efficiency
kneeling (lol)
-20% max speed
broken
+25% max speed
-50% attack efficiency
reforming
100% attack efficiency
