The ten boxes below correspond to the numbers 1 thru 0 on the keyboard, and offers a quick way of jumping between units and buildings, all over the map.
However, you must first assign either a building, regiment, or group of regiments to the hotkey. To do so, select a building, regiment, or group of regiments, and while holding down the CTRL key on the keyboard, hit a number (1234567890).
In this example I have selected three INF tents. Selected one and hit CTRL+8, selected another and hit CTRL+9, etc...... |

When doing your airborne drops make sure to hotkey those tents
This, along with learning your keyboard shortcuts will allow you to drop tightly grouped, and therefor more effective, airborne assaults.

You can also hotkey any regiment or building by selecting it, and then right-clicking an empty spot on your hotkey toolbar. |
