experience (
exp) in Axis and Allies RTS is earned through combat and other game related tasks. Each player also receives 1
experience point per second by default, but will earn more, the more often they are engaged in combat. Accumulated
experience is used/spent on the special operations any given general possesses. Individual regiments also earn
