The Stats Bar is located above the information panel. It displays a summary of your nation’s money, ammo, oil, unit limit, and building limit. Whenever you hover your mouse cursor over an item that affects your economy, a second stats bar pops up below the first. The second bar shows you what your economy will look like after you choose to activate the item in question.
